HAMMETT CROSSING MAILBOX REQUIREMENTS
Effective 10/01/2025, Hammett Crossing has adopted a new mailbox standard. The old design is no longer permitted; you may repair or repaint it.
Our Bylaws and Covenants require that all Hammett Crossing mailboxes be in good repair and of the same design, color, and construction. Please note that the HOA does not promise any level of service or quality concerning this vendor. You must do your due diligence before hiring anyone on this list.

If you would like to replace/repair your mailbox yourself, you must produce our standard mailbox. You can find an example of this at 122 Cotter Lane. If you go to Home Depot, they have "Hammett Crossing Mailboxes" in their system. Just ask, and you can purchase all the parts. We will only need the gray paint. This is also available at Home Depot. There is almost always paint available in the neighborhood, just ask on the FB page or ask any Board Member.
Please also know that Edlin Construction paints shutters and the trim above your garages, as well as in other locations on your home.
